My name is Tony Stone, and in September 2006, St. Louis Magazine gave me my nickname of Grill Master Tony, and it stuck. I have been a fixture at City Museum in Downtown St. Louis since June of 2010 serving great barbeque on the patio as well as Chef to long-time St. Louis Restauranteur, Paul "Pablo" Weiss. I can also be found at the Big Top Lot, home to Circus Flora during its summertime run. A lot of St. Louis baseball fans know me from my early beginnings on a sidewalk in front of a little bar called Mercury, near Busch Stadium. I have been serving up delicious fare from gourmet to barbecue for a long time.
