My Signature Brisket requires a 12 hour marinade time, a minimum of 1 hour per pound of smoke time, a two hour rest, and delivery to your door. When you place your order, use the Special Instructions Tab which you will find on the last page of the checkout process, and include the date and time you would like to have your delivery. Please include your cell phone number in the contact info. Myself or a driver will text you when enroute to your residence or place of gathering.
Once your order has been placed, I will send a confirmation email to make sure all info is correct. Due to COVID 19, I will be following guidelines set by the National Restaurant Association with the preparation and delivery of your order.
