BRISKET
Make yourself the star of your backyard barbeque or gathering with one of my specially selected briskets. Your hand picked brisket will arrive rested, hot, wrapped, and ready for you to carve in a special box designed to hold in the heat. I call it "The Brisket in a Box." The briskets start out in weights of 12 to 20 pounds. My Signature Brisket requires a 12 hour marinade time, a minimum of 1 hour per pound of smoke time, a two hour rest, and delivery to your door. I require 72 hours (3 days) notice in order to provide you with the the quality that I provide my catering customers.

PULLED PORK
Pulled Pork starts off with an approximately 10 pound pork shoulder butt roast that is seasoned with my Signature Pork and Poultry Rub, smoked with hickory, wrapped, rested, and finally pulled. This can be delivered with 24 hours notice. Sold by itself or as a meal deal.

Pulled Chicken starts off with boneless thighs that are seasoned with my Signature Pork and Poultry Rub, smoked with hickory, rested in their juices, and finally pulled. This can be delivered with 24 hours notice. Sold by itself or as a meal.

I take the show on the road when needed by offering full catering services, including bar, where we do all the work or a hybrid, where we deliver, set up, and leave you to break down.
