Grill Master Tony's Signature Brisket, Sliced and Served in Brisket Au Jus. Served with 3 Sides, and French Baguette from Pete's Italian Bakery on The Hill. $18.00 per person. 10 person minimum.
Prime Rib is rubbed with my special blend of spices, hickory smoked to an internal temperature of 125 degrees, rested, served with my Signature Red Wine Au Jus and Tangy Horseradish Sauce. Prime Rib roasts are 12 to 14 pounds pre-smoked.
Sides that pair well with Prime Rib.
Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, Balsamic Reduction, and spices, Served with plenty of Crostini on the side. Arrives ready to serve of put in refrigerator till ready $5 per person add on.
Baby Portobello Mushrooms, Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Asiago Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Herbs. Can be brought ready to serve or you can put in oven when ready to serve. $4 per person add on.
Assorted Cheeses, Assorted Olives, Salami, Pepperoncini, Peppers, and Red Onions in a Lite Greek Dressing. Served with Crostini. $6 per person add on.
